The General Manager will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, with a focus on commercial growth, people leadership and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the founder, the General Manager will lead the leadership team, drive profi tability, manage risks and ensure continuous innovation across the business. The General Manager will oversee a wide range of departments, including commercial performance across all channels (Retail, Marketing, Customer Service & Dispatch, Production, Design and People & Culture). This role will also involve shaping the company’s retail, wholesale, e-commerce sales strategies whilst exploring new business opportunities and future global expansion. Key Responsibilities
