ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the CEO, this position is crucial to the successful execution of the Company’s sales strategy and the achievement of the Company’s annual financial targets.

The position’s focus is to build a team of wheelchair and seating specialist and foster a culture of building strong relationships with customers and clients.  The role of the team leader is to motivate , lead and train the team to generate sales of wheelchairs and seating into the Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Disability Care Sectors.

  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation Centres
  • Aged Care and Disability Care Facilities
  • Professionals within the Aged Care, Disability and NDIS Sector, e.g., Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Carers, Team Leaders, Plan Managers
  • Individual Carers and Customers

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Relationship Development
  • Proactively identify, and develop relationships with key decision makers within the Customer Categories within your Territory
  • Proactively and creatively engage in new business development activities to support (a) above, including research, cold-calling, presentations, proposals, attending events, organising events, training and education.
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Together with your team, maintain regular contact with established customers within the Customer Categories within your Territory.

Proactively train and develop your team to creatively engage in new business development activities to support (a) above, including research, cold-calling, presentations, proposals, attending events, organising events, training and education

  • High level of skill in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
