ABOUT THE ROLE:

Being in a fast-paced environment, you will be the key player in supporting and motivating your people to drive sales, reach sales targets and KPI’S, Visual Merchandising, coaching, training, mentoring and succession planning of your team. You must have a real passion for the outdoors, have the hunger and the desire to succeed and develop your team up in the ranks of their retail career.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous Management experience in a high turnover environment.
  • Previous experience within fashion or apparel retailing is preferred but not essential.
  • Consistently great customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with everyone!
  • Experience with managing rosters and wage percentages.
  • The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximize sales on the shop floor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their potential.
  • An eye for styling and detail to uphold the high visual merchandising standards.
