THE ROLE:

I’m looking for a driven Store Manager/brand ambassador to join the business and be the essential part of implementing and executing a positive team culture. Driving your team to success, achieving targets and benchmarks is a must do! Ensuing the overall running of the store is in check with company procedures and expectations, is something that you need to pride yourself on and giving your customer’s the ultimate shopping experience must be your number one priority!

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • An experienced manager with the ability to coach and build a high-performance team.
  • Experience in managing a fast paced, high turnover and high-volume environment.
  • You ooze confidence, have a vibrant personality and be hungry to WIN.

  • Having a strong business acumen and being able to Identify opportunities within your four walls and action plan accordingly to maximize sales growth is highly desirable.
