The Role: 

We are currently looking for a Full time Store Manager. This person is a passionate retailer and is able to build a strong culture of winning. The role is based in Newtown Sydney

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, develop and grow the store and the team
  • Execute sales forecasts and KPI’s
  • Serve customers and attend to their requirements
  • Maintain the operational standards within the store
  • Implement and maintain the companies visual merchandising strategies to highlight core lines and promotions
  • Identify current opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Implement training material
  • Audit the stores inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Recruit and induct new colleagues where necessary

Skills & Experience: 

  • You are an organised and well-structured person who thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment
  • You lead through example whilst driving the detail on a day-to-day basis
  • You have experience coaching and developing teams
  • You will be a hands-on leader who looks at the detail and pushes those around them to achieve their best
  • Qualifications and experience in related fields is highly regarded
