ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Key Account Management experience is important – client visits, end to end solutions, product demonstrations, quotations and follow up
- Ability to identify new Business Development Opportunities to help grow the brand
- Regular communication and contact with key stakeholders
- Up to date with product information and training through regular contact with industry suppliers
- Ability to solve problems and be solutions focused
- Ability to add on by utilising entire range of products available
- Show empathy and compassion through every customer interaction
- Dedication to exceeding customers’ expectations
- Confident in product demonstrations and client visits
- Strength in building long term lasting relationships
- Ability to complete all administration tasks using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work with wider business and collaborate to be the expert in all available products
