Our client is an Australian business with offices across the Globe, they partner with eCommerce businesses and assist in everything in the product sourcing, manufacturing and sourcing space.

 

About the Role: 

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a background or experience in production, manufacturing, design or importing to generate business growth, follow up on leads and identify new business development opportunities.

 

Experience & Responsibilities: 

  • 2+ years experience in a similar product related role – preferably from a wholesale or a direct to factory business
  • Proven sales capability, business development or strategic environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels
  • The ability to communicate clearly and across different communication styles and levels of experience
  • Prospecting and servicing outbound leads and in-bound enquiries
  • Ensure all required documentation, notes, specifications, samples are collected, uploaded and completed within the timeline
  • Participate in handover meetings with Operations and Project Managers during on-boarding
  • Ensure all invoices are created and completed accurately and on time
  • Weekly reporting on all KPI’s and improvement suggestions
