ABOUT THE ROLE
An amazing opportunity for both a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to kick start a brand new store opening in SOUTH WHARF DFO! A high paced, high volume environment will keep you in toes with a large team size two days will never be the same. Deliver the ultimate customer service experience, whilst training and development and succession planning your team.
Run you store like it’s your own business with the support of your Area Manager with opportunities for growth and career progression! Be apart of a work hard play hard culture you will want to be apart of forever.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Management experience in a high volume fast paced environment
- Previous experience in an outlet is preferred
- Customer service junkie
- Experience working with strict KPI’s and budgets
- The ability to identify training opportunities or strategies for continuous improvement
- Understanding of stock inventory control and how to eliminate discrepancies
- A killer attitude and self motivated who is passionate about retail long term!
