About the role

In this role you will be reporting to the Store Manager, supporting and working collaboratively as part of a team. You will be accountable for your individual budgets and KPI’s achieving and exceeding company expectations along side with delivering the ultimate customer service experience for all customers. You will also be responsible for inventory management, store presentation and up keeping of household standards.

The must haves: 

  • Ability to work EVERY weekrnd- with 2 RDO’s during the week
  • Be self motivated and hungry to make sales
  • Good time management skills
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic attitude
  • Clear communication skills
  • Must have had one on one customer service experience previously with a similar retailer
