Our client is a well known Athleisure footwear and apparel retail/wholesale and digital trader. Based in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs, this amazing ew opportunity now exists for an experienced Key account manager to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The achievement of the company Key Account net revenues – both Indent & total splits as set by the business. Customer Management and the building of strong business partnerships,
Drive mutually beneficial outcomes that deliver growth and profitability for all accounts, by:
- Receipt and collation of customer sell-through information.
- Drive account assortment differentiation in alignment with distribution strategies
- Integrate customer marketing initiatives into customer management process in alignment with GTM calendar
- Manage product assortments for all identified major accounts to ensure POD is evident in the marketplace and we are aligned to strategy and collective business objectives
- Ensure the business understands customer concerns & market opportunities within a timely manner
- Manage & enhance customer relationships at all times
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team to ensure execution of brand strategy, POS & staff tools
- Strong understanding of product, marketing & sell through @ retail
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with identified ‘Key’ Accounts
