ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Key Account Administrator provides high level administration support to our Senior Business Managers. The purpose is to become an expert in managing our customer’s end-to-end requirements, collaborating with the Senior Business Managers to drive profitable and loyal relationships. Understanding of all key milestones of serving allocated accounts, knowing customers profiles and their specific requirements, and understanding the product across our EPIC worlds is critical.

 

The Key Account Administrator is solution oriented and will build strong relationships across all internal departments to drive the required outcomes. Being able to identify, and influence system and process improvements that lead to sales optimisation (continuous improvement) is crucial. Pre-empting our customer’s needs and optimising every touch point is paramount to this role

RESPONSIBLE FOR :

  • Establish a collaborative relationship with buyers, ensuring the company is top of mind for new opportunities
  • Responding and actioning customer requests promptly- exceed expectations in what is delivered
  • Liaise with Head of Product/Studio to brief on exclusive ranges and understand status of critical projects through to completion
  • Coordinate presentations and submissions for opportunities, including compiling samples, images, mock-ups. Holding others accountable and managing timelines well ahead will be crucial for these functions
  • Ensure the team are prepared for all external sales meetings. Agendas are set and reviewed in advance, appropriate reports are generated, samples are available and support for catering/room preparation is arranged with Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
  • Attend sales meetings (internal/external) as required noting actions, sharing, and following up on key outstanding points.
  • Accurate, complete, and timely submission of new line forms/article set up sheets
  • Initiate print runs and gather scheduling information from Production as needed
  • Accurately entering customer orders/reserves paying attention to order commitment dates being aware of catalogued or in-store promotional timelines and raising priority with Shipping/Operations
  • Proactively work with Operations and run sales analysis reports, stock on hand and open order reports
  • Work with Demand Planner to ensure accurate inventory forecasting across core ranging and new release items. Promptly communicate order changes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking, delegating (where appropriate) and being calm under pressure is essential
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and to think, plan and work strategically
  • Professional in all communication- both written and verbal
  • Strong commercial acumen with data analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. Previous exposure to Dynamics 365 will be seen as an advantage
  • A creative bend and understanding of trends and how they can translate into product is helpful in the role.

  • Capable and willing to problem solve to move things across the finish line but also understand when unforeseen challenges need escalation and further consultation
