Our Client is a leading retailer that is now recruiting a HRIS analyst for a 6 month contract role.

  • Key Accountabilities:
    Deliver the successful implementation of a new time and attendance, recruitment and onboarding system to budget, scope and cost.

    Ensure accurate definition and detailed documentation of requirements in line with company PMO process

    Proactively partner with the data analytics team to ensure data integrity is ready for integration

    Ensure timely and accurate configuration and exporting of data sets to allow successful Implementation and integration

    Define and develop project scope for recruitment and onboarding to ensure sign off

    Apply expertise and knowledge of award interpretation for compliant system configuration

    Successfully develop and rollout change management plans, processes and training
