We are seeking a HIGH energy, passionate , experienced recruitment manager to bring energy and passion to the recruitment of its new team.

This role would report directly to the Fonder and CEO.

Purpose of Position
To lead the recruitment strategy across Franchise & operational recruitment. The face of  business for all franchisee & internal recruitment with high energy and enthusiasm. Lives & breathes the company values. Primary purpose is to search the external market for high quality, brand aligned franchisees/senior operations roles.

  • Essential Requirements & Behaviours
     Qualifications & Experience
     At least 5yrs experience working in a proactive recruitment environment and actively headhunting to fill positions.
     Experience in an internal recruitment role and/or in a customer facing multi-site environment highly regarded
     Previous experience working on graduate programs and acting as the lead contact with Universities and colleges advantageous
     Brand alignment:
     Live the company brand values, demonstrates this in everyday interactions with all contacts
     Passionate about the brand, outgoing and engaging personality with an ability to get the right people engaged in what the client offers.
     Ability to quickly understand and share what becoming a franchisee / working at the company looks like and the key selling points.
     Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
     Excellent command of spoken and written English with an engaging and approachable manner
     Ability to quickly engage and build rapport with a wide range of different people externally and internally.
     Ability to tailor communication style to different individuals dependent on their individual backgrounds, personality type and approach.
     Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different viewpoints and bring together into an agreed approach and strategy
  • Marketing skills:
     Previous experience developing external materials to align with the brand values and employer value proposition
     Good understanding of best in class external employee marketing sites including but not limited to Linked in home page and website.
     Technology skills
     Strong computer/IT acumen good understanding of Microsoft Office software & recruitment platforms inc. Linked in Recruiter, Seek etc.
     Ability to develop competence in various company systems
     Ability to work autonomously and own workload and projects with excellent organisation skills and a can do attitude.
