About the role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of one of Australia’s largest digital, retail and social brands.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Design and deliver strategy across ecommerce, digital, SEO & SEM in order to drive sales and traffic
  • Manage improvements to design and functionality of website, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Oversee merchandising, content management process and critical path to ensure product is available and online
  • Maximise online conversion through effective customer journeys and sales processes
  • Lead, develop and motivate online team
  • Manage web development and online marketing budgets
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and showroom teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Products Lead or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Strong customer facing presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relevant degree/education
