THE COMPANY:

Our client is a revolutionary Unisex Footwear business, fusing both health and fashion together to create shoes that are trendy, minus the old-fashioned ‘comfort’ cliché. Developed by an experienced podiatrist, all shoes instore are biomechanically designed to support the foot and have a unique footbed- the fitting process includes custom fit options and/or orthotic devices, ensuring the customer is walking away looking great and getting the most out of their footwear.

They are opening their first ever Sydney store in the heart of the CBD and are looking for passionate and customer-focused Full Time Sales Assistants to join the team.


THE ROLE: 

– Drive a large team to success, with the end goal being delivering the ultimate and premium customer experience.

– Build a loyal customer database and relationships.

– Ensure consistent appearance, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

– Product training delivered by fully-trained podiatrists, who also work instore on a weekly basis.

– Ensure the store is merchandised to a high level of standard and in line with the company vision.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

– Previous retail experience is essential.

– Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in driving a team to deliver a premium level of service.

– A strong and creative flair for merchandising.
