With a current portfolio of 48 stores and 700 team, we they continue to be on the lookout for other Premium Brands and are committed to setting new benchmarks in retail.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, As the Customer Relationship Specialist you will develop and implement strategies utilizing the existing customer database to maximize the frequency of visits and average transaction value resulting in increased annual sales across all 3 x company brands.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • eDM execution by brand aligned with brand marketing calendar. e.g. eDM Brief, Asset Preparation, Design Approval, Scheduling, Final Approval, Analytics

-Assist customer service issues and identify proactive strategies to minimize issues
-Maximizing loyalty programs to increase frequency of visits and average transaction vale
-Segment database for targeted marketing activities, ensure we have accurate and clean data.
-Development -of segmented customer journeys both once off and automated.
-Management, operations and administration CRM platforms to ensure we leverage the technology and automation.
-Pre and post campaign reporting e.g. sales, open rates, click thru rates, unsubscribe rates
-Develop single view of the customer across all channels.
-Reporting on key KPI’s as per agreed cadence.
-Manage digital agencies productivity and focus to ensure best return on investment

To be considered for this role – you must have :


    • 1-2 years’ experience in EDM Marketing
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Klavio experience (would be highly desirable)
