About the Client:

Our client is an Australian business that specialises in state of the art retail analytic systems. With a team of retail experts, software developers, data scientists and operational specialist they are partnering with global retail brands to enhance customer experience, journey and conversion rates.

 

The Role:

Based in either Sydney or Melbourne you will join the team as a Business Development Executive. Working on warm and cold leads, you will research and analyse potential retail partners, that have a need to implement the technology into their business.
We are looking for either:

  • A retail Area/State Manager that has a strong understanding of retail operations and the customer experience journey, who is highly motivated and sales driven to apply your transferable skills into this role.
  • An experienced SAAS/Tech BDE who has experience in identifying the target in retail brands, through research and making contact to offer a solution.

 

Skills & Experience Required: 

  • The ability to understand key areas in retail locations and apply a solution based approached to secure a client demo.
  • Strong communication and relationship/networking capabilities with previous experience communicating ideas and strategies to senior decision makers.
  • Self-manged, fast paced leader that is driven to succeed.
  • The ability to identify key leads that align with the brand.
  • A coachable working style, where you appreciate learning and working in a team.
  • Driven to follow both warm and cool leads.
  • A want to progress into a more senior role in 6-12 months.
  • Passion for the customer experience journey, technology and analytics.
  • The ability to plan your time efficiently and effectively and work with a pipeline.
