ABOUT THE ROLE: 

DONCASTER – DAVID JONES

Be that brand ambassador you’ve always wanted to be! Be accountable for your concession store working along side a small team. You will be responsible for all aspects simple rostering of the team, up keeping general house hold standards and completing visual merchandising displays expectations. You will be accountable for the concessions performance, regularly reporting back to a floor manager and the client. You will also have a CAN DO ATTITUDE working towards achieving and exceeding company set budgets and KPI’s. Influence your customers understanding the culture of the business creating a wonderful customer service experience and building VIP customer service base.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must have retail experience – apparel experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Must be available full time
  • Have clear communication skills
  • Be able to deliver the ultimate customer service experience, going above and beyond expectations.
  • Have a hunger for sales and share a passion for the product!
  • Understand visual merchandising guides and best sellers
