- Support the Store Manager in implementing and executing a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Drive your team to success, achieving targets, KPI’s and benchmarks.
- People management, team performance management and rostering accordingly.
- Ensuing the overall running of the store is in check with company procedures, standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with your leaders and team to ensure your customers are always receiving the ultimate shopping experience.
