Sandra Agostinelli – Musso has over 25 years experience in both retail and HR/training and senior management roles. Sandra has worked in senior national retail operations roles and global recruitment roles.

Before that, she was the Australian spokesperson for Giordano, Australia for 13 years.  She also worked with the BRAZIN Group prior to that for 12 years, where she built long standing relationships with her peers and colleagues.

As a  young adult, she quickly learnt the fundamentals about getting it right the first time, and with the motto that “people are your biggest assets” in mind, she paved her way through a series of success stories along her career.

Sandra decided to open her own Recruitment business in 2009 because she saw an opportunity and a significant gap in the market for a “retailer”, who understood “retail recruitment” needs intimately. Sandra saw many weaknesses in retail operations where retailers were facing challenges to find candidates who were not only results driven, and customer focussed, but who truly understood that “the customer is the ultimate boss”.
